Senior Project Manager (Telecommunications)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with two days per week in the Brick Lane office required

What you will do

• Own and deliver projects supporting broadband and core network services.
• Manage requirements, solution design, delivery, and operational handover across teams and departments.
• Define and manage project plans covering timelines, finances, scope, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and third-party suppliers.
• Work with technical teams to develop innovative solutions and resolve complex delivery problems.

Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale network, broadband, ISP, connectivity, or infrastructure programmes in a telecommunications or technology environment.
• Experience delivering end-to-end cross-functional programmes from initiation through operational handover.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programmes, including interdependencies, milestones, risks, and resources.
• Experience establishing programme governance, executive reporting, steering committees, risk management, and delivery decision forums.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and delivery partners, resolving conflicts, securing decisions, and driving accountability.
• Experience delivering technology or network transformation, resilience, cybersecurity, platform evolution, or customer growth initiatives.
