Key Account Manager (Pulp & Paper)

Location: Based in International Falls, Minnesota, within approximately 45 minutes of the site; onsite role

Salary: $80,730–$118,404 annually, plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Manage a large paper industry account and maintain regular communication with sales management.
• Complete weekly reporting and manage account inventory.
• Perform on-site testing to verify the safety and effectiveness of industrial water treatment programs.
• Address customer issues and coordinate corrective actions with sales and customer teams.
• Analyze program data and make continuous improvement decisions.
• Partner with plant and process owners to implement improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or another technical discipline, or equivalent experience including 10+ years in manufacturing or equipment-related work.
• Documented sales success and strong experience in the pulp and paper industry.
• Ability to solve complex, non-routine technical problems and manage customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of industrial processes and customer operations, or the ability to learn industry-specific technologies quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, residence within approximately 45 minutes of International Falls, and willingness to participate in an on-call weekend rotation.
