What you will do

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial management, and operations management.
• Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach and proficiency with relevant business software and tools.
• Industry-specific knowledge and experience are preferred.
