Salary: $50,000–$80,000 per year, plus bonuses

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
• Oversee finance, human resources, sales, marketing, and daily operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to support business decisions.
• Manage relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and implement process improvements and change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive management experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Strong strategic planning, execution, financial management, and budgeting skills.
• Experience in operations management, team development, change management, and organizational development.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
