What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, P&L responsibilities, and performance analysis.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team while building a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, negotiations, and service quality.
• Implement policies, compliance standards, and performance reporting for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing operations, budgets, and P&L responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, team management, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial management, performance metrics analysis, business management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with change management, process improvement, vendor and contract management, or project management.
