Repair Center Manager (Turbomachinery)

What you will do

• Manage shop and office personnel, including direct and indirect labor employees.
• Oversee the repair of critical turbomachinery and rotating equipment.
• Prioritize shop work, assign employee tasks, and meet internal and external delivery dates.
• Manage shop P&L, forecasts, financial reporting, and cost-of-poor-quality performance.
• Work with Safety and Quality managers to maintain policies and procedures.
• Monitor customer feedback, resolve complaints and nonconformances, and implement Lean improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field is preferred.
• 8+ years of repair experience with rotating equipment, including steam turbines and compressors.
• 5+ years of operations management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5%.
