Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site

Salary: $200K–$260K annually plus equity

What you will do

• Own the vision, product direction, and roadmap for the AI-powered redlining product.
• Take the product from 0 to 1 and scale it across contract types toward greater automation.
• Design and operate evaluation infrastructure to measure product improvement and explain performance changes.
• Work closely with internal lawyers and design partners to identify user needs, workflow gaps, and automation opportunities.
• Define and analyze quality, automation, and customer outcome metrics.
• Partner with Applied AI engineering and design to ship, learn, and iterate quickly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including building AI/ML-powered products in production.
• Experience with AI applications, model behavior, evaluations, and trade-offs involving agentic architectures.
• Technical fluency in architecture, agent design, and evaluation infrastructure.
• Experience working with domain experts to shape an AI product, ideally in legal, medical, financial, or scientific domains.
• Track record in early-stage startup environments and taking products from early development to scale.
• Strong ownership, bias to action, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under ambiguity.
