Lead Product Manager - Agentic Marketing and Responsible AI (Security)

Location: Hybrid, working out of the Mountain View, California office; travel up to 25%

What you will do

• Define the vision, roadmap, and execution for Agentic Marketing and Responsible AI product capabilities.
• Develop marketing agents and skills using hirify.global Studio for Marketing Automation and Orchestration.
• Lead privacy, AI data governance, security, and responsible AI standards, tools, and processes across the customer data platform.
• Work with customers, prospects, engineers, architects, security experts, and subject matter experts to translate needs into product capabilities.
• Use AI-powered research, analytics, and coding tools to develop requirements, product documentation, threat scenarios, and impact analyses.
• Assess AI-specific risks, including authentication, privilege elevation, data leakage, access-model abuse, and privacy risks in LLM/RAG scenarios, and define mitigations and guardrails.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience focused on AI/ML, Agentic AI, Responsible AI, or complex technical products with security, privacy, trust, and governance requirements.
• Understanding of enterprise security, data governance architectures, and privacy regulations including CCPA and GDPR.
• Experience building and launching enterprise-grade SaaS products and managing product vision, roadmaps, and end-to-end execution.
• Familiarity with the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications, and AI-specific risk assessment.
• Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, and cross-functional leadership skills, including communication with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work from the Mountain View office under the Global Hybrid Working Policy.
