Product Manager – AI Software and Solution (Data Center AI)

Location: Hybrid role based at an hirify.global site in the United States. Primary location: Santa Clara, California. Additional locations: Phoenix, Arizona; Folsom, California; Hillsboro, Oregon; and Austin, Texas.

Annual salary range: $160,980–$265,870 USD.

What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle, strategic vision, and execution roadmap for the Data Center AI Software portfolio.
• Define and productize enterprise-ready turnkey software solutions for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises AI deployment.
• Lead modular AI software architectures focused on microservices, heterogeneous computing frameworks, and Agentic AI toolkits.
• Analyze competing hardware and software stacks and shape positioning, licensing, and go-to-market packages.
• Build relationships with cloud service providers, neoclouds, ISVs, and open-source AI communities.
• Create reference architectures, Docker Compose and Kubernetes Helm deployments, Terraform blueprints, telemetry integrations, APIs, SDKs, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical quantitative discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, or technical marketing in data center, cloud-native, or enterprise software.
• 3+ years of product leadership experience in deep learning, LLMs, generative AI stacks, or accelerated computing.
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, and modern microservice mesh architectures.
• Experience translating customer challenges into product requirements and coordinating complex, matrixed technical and business workstreams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from an assigned hirify.global site in the United States.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Experience with GPU software stacks, AI inference deployment, Agentic frameworks, RAG applications, vector databases, or complex AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Milvus, Redis, Qdrant, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or LangChain.
