Assembly Operator Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite weekend shift

Salary: $24.24–$44.42 per hour

What you will do

• Support daily production goals and maintain uninterrupted flow across assigned areas.
• Communicate with production resources to resolve problems and prevent disruptions.
• Reduce waste and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate employee training and staffing for the assigned area.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for production team members.

Requirements

• At least one year of production or manufacturing experience with lead experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with work order management.
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, manufacturing or ihirify.globalory software, and the Internet.
• Ability to communicate expectations, monitor performance, coach staff, and enforce policies and procedures.
• Ability to train operators on standard work, machine adjustments, product quality, and work instructions.
