Team Leader (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate daily team workflows and staffing assignments.
• Monitor safety, quality, service, and productivity metrics.
• Provide coaching, training, and onboarding support.
• Communicate priorities, operational updates, and performance goals.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support problem-solving.
• Maintain operational records and collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or a related environment.
• At least 1 year of experience leading projects, processes, or team activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current sponsorship requirements.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, or production tracking systems.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or another continuous improvement certification.
