Senior Manager, Financial Systems, EPM (Oracle Fusion)

Location: Atlanta Support Center, United States; onsite 4 days per week

What you will do

• Manage operational support, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM applications, including EPBCS, EPCM, FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
• Translate Financial Systems priorities into team goals, assignments, operational processes, and delivery schedules.
• Set priorities, monitor commitments, and ensure timely delivery of application support, close-cycle activities, enhancements, and projects.
• Supervise and develop EPM team members through coaching, feedback, training, and performance management.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting on reporting, budgeting, planning, allocations, reconciliations, and forecasting.
• Oversee metadata, hierarchy, data governance, security, controls, SDLC documentation, root-cause analysis, and project risk management.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant EPM, accounting, or finance technology experience.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and prioritizing the work of a systems support team or project workstream.
• Bachelor’s or four-year degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion EPM application design, integrations, metadata, accounting structures, and end-to-end data flows.
• Understanding of GAAP accounting and financial processes such as close, planning, forecasting, allocations, reconciliations, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience supporting financial systems in a multi-entity, multi-brand, or comparably complex business environment.
