What you will do
- Lead the Finance IT application support organization, including onshore, offshore, and third-party teams.
- Own the Oracle ERP Cloud suite and supporting finance systems across Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Portfolio Management.
- Design and lead implementation and maintenance of the finance systems and solutions portfolio.
- Coordinate system enhancements and quarterly cloud upgrades to maintain performance, data integrity, and reliability.
- Manage Finance IT vendors and service providers, including cost, risk, and service effectiveness.
- Direct hiring, coaching, performance management, staff development, and daily department operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience managing successful projects and implementing technical solutions on cloud technology platforms.
- At least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP applications or similar cloud ERP technology.
- At least 5 years as a corporate Financial Systems Leader, including responsibility for complex projects from formation through deployment.
- Strong executive communication, problem-solving, root cause analysis, finance-process, planning, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- At least 3 years of experience building and developing offshore teams.
- Project Management Professional, Oracle, or ITIL certification.
