Functional ERP Engineer (Oracle Fusion/AI)

What you will do

• Architect, configure, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, FAH, Procurement, and FCCS.
• Lead enhancement cycles from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, and hypercare support.
• Design Oracle OTBI, FRS, Smart View, SQL data models, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and semantic layers for finance analytics and CFO-level reporting.
• Develop and maintain OIC, Boomi, REST, and SOAP integrations with financial and adjacent business systems.
• Build AI-powered solutions for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, invoice creation, duplicate detection, variance forecasting, reconciliation, journal validation, and audit risk scoring.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, Data Engineering, and Procurement while mentoring junior engineers and supporting live Oracle Cloud environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementation or finance systems engineering.
• Deep knowledge of Finance and Accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliation, audit readiness, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and Oracle OTBI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, organizational, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Oracle Cloud Financials certification.
• Additional AI or data engineering credentials.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
