What you will do

  • Achieve sales, market-share, and growth goals for the immunology product portfolio across the assigned territory.
  • Influence physicians, pharmacists, hospital specialists, and other healthcare decision-makers through clinical information, approved medical materials, and therapeutic discussions.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in gastroenterology, rheumatology, and dermatology institutions, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Drive product access, acceptance, and usage by coordinating institutional and academic sales strategies.
  • Create and evaluate business plans for assigned institutions and develop fellows, residents, and key opinion leaders.
  • Collaborate across internal and external teams while maintaining call reports, expense records, safe-driving standards, and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least eight years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic, biotech, or medical device sales experience, including at least five years in specialty sales.
  • Valid driver’s license issued by one of the 50 United States.
  • Availability to travel within the assigned territory, including possible weekend and overnight travel.
  • Experience developing institutional strategies, business plans, partnerships, and customer relationships.
  • Ability to understand IV and subcutaneous product access and fulfillment processes and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of reimbursement, payer, provider, and infusion operations.
  • Knowledge of immunology and/or gastroenterology.
  • Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
  • Documented sales success, strategic sales planning experience, and experience in project-oriented selling environments.
  • Interest in learning and applying emerging technologies such as AI.
