Senior Sales Consultant (Sports Medicine)

Location: Field-based territory in Florida, United States, with opportunities in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami. Residence in or ability to relocate to the posted territory is required. The role includes travel, including possible weekend and overnight travel, and work in laboratory and operating room environments.

What you will do

• Develop surgeon- and account-specific plans to identify prospects, convert new business, and grow sales within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales of assigned sports medicine products through customer presentations, demonstrations, and proper product utilization.
• Build relationships with surgeons, operating room personnel, buyers, and other hospital stakeholders.
• Provide support to surgeons and operating room personnel during surgical cases.
• Educate surgeons, operating room staff, and central supply personnel through in-services and workshops.
• Manage inventory, promotional materials, competitive threats, strategic product initiatives, and product mix objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of professional or related experience, or an associate degree/medical certification and at least 5 years of experience, or at least 8 years of professional or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
• Residence in or ability to relocate to the Florida territory.
• Ability to work in laboratory and operating room environments and travel as required.
• Strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Functional knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, with basic knowledge of surgery; technical knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures is preferred.
