Location: Seattle, Washington, United States, with a territory covering Tacoma, Lakewood, Olympia, and areas to the Canadian border. The role involves in-person and virtual healthcare-provider visits, overnight territory travel, and periodic domestic travel for headquarters, training, and sales meetings.
Base pay: $79,000–$127,650 per year, adjusted based on relevant experience. The position is also eligible for commission and a long-term incentive program.

What you will do
- Drive compliant sales performance and meet or exceed forecasts within the assigned territory.
- Visit primary care and other healthcare-provider offices in person and virtually to understand customer needs and support appropriate prescribing.
- Build advanced product and disease-state knowledge and discuss clinical evidence, approved indications, efficacy, and safety profiles.
- Create local strategic and tactical business plans, allocate resources, and manage territory budgets and expenses.
- Analyze local markets, customer structures, performance metrics, and business opportunities, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with district leadership and other Neuroscience Sales Specialists while maintaining accurate sales-call, sample, expense, and administrative records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
- At least one year of documented success in B2B sales; pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical-device sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, listening, analytical, decision-making, collaboration, and customer-relationship skills.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical and clinical information, adapt to changing environments, and work independently.
- Some overnight territory travel and periodic domestic travel are required; meetings may occasionally occur outside normal working hours.
Nice to have
- Antipsychotic or bipolar sales experience.
- Experience in neuroscience, clinical education, pharmaceutical sales, or medical-device sales.
- Commitment to learning emerging technologies such as AI.
