Location: Fully remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. The role requires 25–35% travel and occasional work in office, distribution, and customer-site settings.
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually, plus eligible bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do
- Lead sourcing initiatives covering approximately $100M in direct and indirect Pall Aerospace spend.
- Develop and execute sourcing, outsourcing, insourcing, subcontract management, and supplier strategies.
- Design, negotiate, and implement multiyear contracts, RFQs, RFIs, long-term agreements, pricing agreements, and stocking agreements.
- Manage supplier relationships, evaluate the supply base, support supplier development, and coordinate vendor transitions.
- Analyze markets and supply alternatives to improve cost, margins, working capital, supplier performance, and global value sourcing.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Global Sourcing, and purchasing teams on manufacturability, local manufacturing requirements, and procurement governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and measurable performance results.
- Domestic or global sourcing experience in a large U.S. or multinational manufacturing company.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with RFI, RFQ, and reverse-auction tools.
- Ability to access export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services under applicable U.S. authorization requirements.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense programs, customers, and products.
- Experience with U.S. Government contracting processes, including ITAR, FAR/DFAR, cost analysis, and compliance documentation.
- Experience with New Product Introduction processes, RFQ coordination, BOM review, and analysis.
- Supplier relationship development and strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
