Sourcing Analyst - Early Careers

Location: Hybrid work at the Global Headquarters in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota, USA, Monday–Friday

Salary: $78,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Forecast raw-material pricing trends and analyze global economic and chemical market trends.
• Create procurement strategies and deliver value through innovation, cost savings, and competitive advantage.
• Develop suppliers and assess financial, geographic, operational, and capacity risks.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms and resolve supply-chain issues.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams on supply specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders on logistics and quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Ability to analyze market trends, supplier risks, and raw-material pricing.
• Ability to negotiate commercial terms and communicate with suppliers.
• Ability to collaborate with production, R&D, finance, operations, and supply-chain teams.
• Availability for hybrid, Monday–Friday work at the Vadnais Heights, Minnesota headquarters.
