General Foreman - Electrical Construction

Location: Henderson, Colorado; onsite

Salary: $59.22 per hour, determined under the Local 68 collective bargaining agreement and dependent on experience and certifications.

hirify.global subsidiary Sturgeon Electric provides large-scale electrical construction services, including commercial, industrial, transmission, telecommunications, traffic signalization, gas distribution, high-voltage distribution, maintenance, design-build, and pre-construction work.

What you will do

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities while managing manpower and deadlines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.
• Order materials and manage job-site inventory.
• Maintain safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and train apprentices and journeymen.

Requirements

• Previous General Foreman or crew leadership experience is required.
• Commercial electrical job experience as a General Foreman is preferred; extensive field experience may also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC code.
• Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Additional electrical certifications and extensive commercial or industrial field experience.
