Grade / General Foreman (Construction)

Location: New Kent, Virginia; onsite construction role

Salary: $25.00–$50.00 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise crews and coordinate with the Project Management Team.
• Plan, organize, and schedule construction work to meet cost, schedule, and production goals.
• Read plans and apply relevant standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, inspectors, owners’ representatives, customers, and coworkers.
• Manage material and equipment requirements and complete required project paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience.
• Experience supervising and managing individuals.
• Working knowledge of plans, standards, and specifications.
• Ability to organize, plan, and schedule work.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
