What you will do

• Lead assigned employees in completing electrical wiring, assembly, and sub-assembly manufacturing projects.
• Coordinate upcoming assignments, delegate work based on skills and experience, and support team training and onboarding.
• Assist team members with technical issues and advanced production problems.
• Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production requirements.
• Track labor time, materials, and other resources for inventory purposes.
• Partner with supervisors and production managers to resolve departmental issues and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in manufacturing, electrical wiring, or a related field.
• Previous experience leading a team of employees.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams.
• Analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, delegation, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, perform repetitive tasks, and lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds; required to wear PPE on the production floor.
