Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and daily warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely customer order fulfillment.
• Monitor productivity, adjust workflows, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Supervise, train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Allocate labor, assign tasks, and communicate shift performance to the Warehouse Manager.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits while enforcing quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems is preferred.
• Bilingual Mandarin is required.
• Ability to work onsite in the specified distribution-center location.
