Operations Supervisor (Chemical Distribution)

Salary: $90,750–$104,000 annually

What you will do

• Supervise the efficient day-to-day operations of a large branch facility, including employees, facilities, budget, and operational activities.
• Lead Material Handlers and conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate expectations.
• Facilitate compliance with corporate health, safety, and environmental policies, including training, documentation, and record keeping.
• Lead the branch emergency response team and support health and safety programs and audits.
• Participate in inspections conducted by external agencies, including DOT, EPA, FDA, and DHS.
• Support compliant sales efforts and cultivate employee ownership of branch performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven operations experience.
• Knowledge of chemical distribution facility operations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
