Senior Default Loan Servicing Specialist (Mortgage)

Salary: $28.09–$37.44 hourly

What you will do

• Complete preliminary and final loan balance loss analysis and reconcile outstanding balances with REO and claim funds.
• Complete loss analysis within required service-level agreements.
• Refer files for supplemental claims when required.
• Complete default step codes and tasking.
• Respond to client questions about loss analysis activity.
• Act as a team resource and subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of direct loss analysis experience.
• 10+ years of corporate advance experience and 10+ years in a mortgage default environment.
• Experience with loss analysis or corporate advances, including escrow, principal, and interest transactions.
• GSE and government experience required.
• MSP and LoanSphere experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is preferred but not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, the internet, and Microsoft Outlook.
• College education.
