Mortgage Loan Officer (Mortgage)

Location: PA - Scranton (18501), Eastern Pennsylvania; in-office position

What you will do

• Recommend mortgage loan solutions aligned with lending guidelines and customer requirements.
• Manage customer relationships, prospect for new clients, and conduct sales calls.
• Prepare loan solutions, refer relevant products and services, and review documentation for compliance.
• Manage the customer pipeline and coordinate mortgage transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze financial information for multifaceted and complex borrowers.

Requirements

• University or college degree with less than one year of professional experience, or comparable education, certification, and experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, banking products, loan origination, financial analysis, sales, and customer relationships.
• Strong customer focus, communication, selling, scheduling, and risk management abilities.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
