What you will do

• Lead overall dealership performance, including sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Drive sales volume and profitability across all sales channels.
• Execute company strategies, initiatives, and marketing programs to achieve dealership goals.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams while building a culture of accountability and growth.
• Direct dealership operations and improve the customer experience.
• Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and implement performance improvement strategies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience as a General Manager, Retail Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or in another operational leadership role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, team development, sales performance, and operational management skills.
• Proactive judgment, critical thinking, adaptability, attention to detail, and composure under pressure.
