Automotive General Manager

Location: 750 Peachtree Pkwy, Cumming, Georgia, United States; onsite leadership of Hyundai of Cumming and Genesis of Cumming.

hirify.global is a growing automotive group operating Hyundai and Genesis dealerships in the Cumming market.

What you will do

• Lead all dealership operations across Hyundai of Cumming and Genesis of Cumming, driving efficiency, profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Own full P&L responsibility, analyze financial statements, forecast performance, control expenses, and deliver accurate reporting to ownership.
• Drive performance across Sales, F&I, Service, and Parts, including sales processes, CRM discipline, inventory, pricing, acquisition, merchandising, and turn rates.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team through hiring, coaching, KPIs, performance reviews, management meetings, and succession development.
• Execute brand-focused marketing and customer-retention initiatives, including digital lead generation, reputation management, Google review growth, lifecycle marketing, and local market engagement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, Hyundai and Genesis standards, audit requirements, and safe and ethical operating practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or higher in an automotive dealership.
• Demonstrated success driving profitability and operational performance, with strong dealership financial statement and KPI knowledge.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, pricing strategy, and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in DMS and CRM systems, plus excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hyundai, Genesis, or other import or luxury dealership operations.
• Experience managing multiple brands or rooftops.
• CDK DMS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior full P&L General Manager responsibility.
