What you will do

• Lead all Service Department operations, including personnel, processes, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Develop strategies to increase labor sales, service gross profit, productivity, and technician efficiency.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing service team.
• Monitor CSI, effective labor rate, technician productivity, efficiency, and proficiency KPIs.
• Manage departmental budgets, expenses, revenue objectives, and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with Volvo standards, manufacturer programs, and dealership policies while partnering with dealership leadership on growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Director, Fixed Operations Director, or Service Manager.
• Demonstrated success in growing service sales, profitability, and customer retention.
• Experience managing technicians, advisors, warranty administration, and service operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team-building, and financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency with CDK and Xtime is required.
• Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
