What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
• Oversee finance, human resources, sales, customer service, and other store operations.
• Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff teams while monitoring performance targets and KPIs.
• Maintain relationships with customers, vendors, partners, and corporate leadership.
• Ensure compliance and implement operational improvements that enhance productivity and service quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing P&L responsibilities and driving profitability.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with strategic planning, business development, budgeting, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing multifunctional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to customize and implement operational improvements.
