Location General Manager (Retail)

Location: Smithtown, New York, United States

Salary: $110,600–$213,500 annually, with potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead total store operations with a focus on associate development, profitability, customer satisfaction, sales processes, and budget management.
• Oversee P&L performance and implement cost-control initiatives.
• Improve operational efficiency by reducing waste and introducing process improvements.
• Recruit, train, promote, and develop associates while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Coach associates through regular feedback, performance reviews, and development conversations.
• Set strategy and goals for senior management teams and oversee the Environmental, Health and Safety program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, with demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong communication, data interpretation, record management, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Completion of hirify.global-provided training and intermediate PC skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel for meetings or training.
