Maintenance Tech - 2nd/3rd (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite manufacturing facility

Salary: Starting rate up to $39/hour plus $0.50/$1.00 shift premium

What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and plant facilities.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and combustion malfunctions and implement effective repairs.
• Navigate and interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and ControlLogix software to troubleshoot equipment faults.
• Modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots, including M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700 models.
• Install, move, and align new and existing equipment.
• Set up and operate machine-shop equipment and perform gas and electric welding.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical education and/or relevant experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, combustion, PLC, and robotic equipment.
