Business Development Manager, CIBC Global Asset Management - Bilingual

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Client meetings may require face-to-face attendance, and the proportion of on-site and remote work will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Prospect for new business with advisors in an assigned territory through telephone contacts and regular follow-ups.
• Increase hirify.global Asset Management’s market share among existing clients.
• Build and strengthen advisor and client relationships to meet sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of CAM products, portfolio features, benefits, investment strategies, and market trends.
• Present product information and business development tools during client meetings and regional events.

Requirements

• Experience in telephone sales within the mutual fund or wealth management industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of broker/dealer trends, bond markets, and capital markets.
• Current professional accreditation and good standing; Canadian Securities Course accreditation is preferred.
• Degree in a related field.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit are required.
