Workday Supply Chain Management Senior Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago or other listed U.S. offices, with in-person work in local offices and on client sites; travel may be required.

Salary: $137,000–$219,000 annually; 14% bonus target and estimated total cash of $156,180–$249,660.

What you will do

• Lead Workday Supply Chain Management workstreams and implementations.
• Design, configure, and deliver Workday SCM solutions covering inventory, procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract management.
• Lead requirements gathering, design workshops, implementation planning, data conversion, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Harmonize, convert, and validate supplier master data, including the use of AI/ML tools.
• Assess risks, controls, compliance, data accuracy, and gaps between business needs and Workday capabilities.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, business development, project delivery, mentoring, and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, MIS, accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in professional services or industry.
• Demonstrated experience with Workday SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Contract Management.
• Experience serving as a Workday SCM workstream lead and configuring Workday SCM.
• Experience with implementation planning, requirements gathering, data conversion, testing, design workshops, and user testing.
• Leadership experience managing, mentoring, coaching, and evaluating teams, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Workday Financials/Supply Chain or similar professional certification.
• Experience assessing Workday SCM in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts.
• Familiarity with Source-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management systems.
• Experience with process automation, IoT, big data, AI/ML, predictive analytics, or blockchain.
