Salary: $83,849–$104,550 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies across direct and indirect spend categories.
• Optimize total cost of ownership, supplier performance, and business value.
• Lead sourcing initiatives and negotiate key supplier agreements.
• Monitor market trends, mitigate supply chain risk, and identify innovation and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes across cross-functional partnerships with Manufacturing and Operations.
• Support global sourcing activities, including collaboration with Acushnet (Titleist) Thailand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Management concentration preferred.
• At least 5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, preferably across direct and indirect spend categories.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and direct and indirect material procurement.
• Experience with negotiation, contract management, category management, market analysis, and supply chain trends.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Excel; ability to analyze large data sets.
