Salary: $109,500–$208,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute global procurement strategies for primary packaging non-injectables, including films, foils, plastic bottles, caps, resins, trays, and pouches.
• Build annual category plans aligned with business objectives and lead end-to-end procurement processes.
• Partner with suppliers to define value drivers, achieve cost savings, improve processes, and develop collaborative sourcing relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing sites using market intelligence, industry trends, and data analytics.
• Drive supplier management and innovation strategies, sustainability initiatives, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Prepare and lead negotiations with key suppliers and manage strategic projects from initiation through completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, business, or operations.
• Experience with category management, market analysis, cost and financial assessment, negotiation, bidding, and complex project management.
• Experience partnering with major suppliers and reporting to senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, communication, influence, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
• Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is strongly preferred; a master’s degree is preferred.
