Director, Digital Supply Chain IT

Location: Hybrid in Camden, New Jersey, USA, with periodic travel to Campbell’s sites and partner locations.

Salary: $195,400–$268,700 per year base salary.

What you will do

• Act as the primary IT Digital Partner for Logistics, Procurement, Commercialization, and Order-to-Cash leadership.
• Define multi-year digital strategies and roadmaps across supply chain domains.
• Own portfolio prioritization, investment planning, governance, and value realization.
• Lead ERP, acquisition integration, data and analytics, and other enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate internal IT teams and external partners while managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Lead and develop a team while improving the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of supply chain applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including supply chain technologies.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Commercialize.
• Experience developing and executing multi-year IT strategies, roadmaps, portfolios, and large-scale cross-functional programs.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, financial analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with product operating models, agile delivery, and leadership without direct authority.
