Human Resources Business Partner (Nuclear)

Salary: $84,900.00–$120,566.66 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with nuclear business area goals, organizational structure, culture, and talent needs.
• Advise business leaders as a strategic HR partner and subject-matter expert across core HR disciplines.
• Support organization design, workforce planning, performance management, and total rewards strategies.
• Identify, assess, and develop key talent while building succession pipelines.
• Design leadership development and coaching opportunities for the business area leadership team.
• Partner with HR Generalists and HR Centers of Excellence to incorporate employee insights into organizational strategies.

Requirements

• At least four years of HR experience, including two years consulting with leaders on HR strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, performance management, total rewards, and applicable federal and state employment laws.
• On-site position based in Welch, Minnesota, United States.

Nice to have

• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification.
• MBA, master’s degree in HR, industrial psychology, organizational development, or a related field.
