What you will do

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business-area structure, culture, talent, and business goals.
• Advise senior leadership on HR strategy, organization design, workforce planning, performance management, and total rewards.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Generalists to implement organizational and employee strategies.
• Identify, assess, and develop key talent across the supported business area.
• Design succession pipeline strategies and leadership development and coaching opportunities.
• Conduct benchmarking and maintain strong connections with HR staff to incorporate employee insights and market practices.

Requirements

• At least seven years of HR experience, including three years consulting with leaders on HR strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, performance management, total rewards, and applicable employment laws.
• Previous experience in a nuclear HR business partner capacity is preferred.
• Must pass the Nuclear Background Screening process.

Nice to have

• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification.
• MBA or master’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
