Financial Services Representative II, TB Outbound (6 Month Contract) (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, Canada; on-site for a minimum of 90 days, with potential Agent@Home work afterward. Employees must be able to attend the primary work location within two hours' notice for business-related purposes.

What you will do

• Make outbound calls to clients and recommend relevant financial products and services.
• Understand clients' financial needs through meaningful conversations and provide suitable solutions.
• Respond quickly to client questions and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of new and existing banking products and campaigns.
• Navigate multiple software applications and dual monitors in a fast-paced contact centre.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Strong client service, communication, collaboration, and outbound calling skills.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
• Ability to work independently with multiple software applications and dual monitors.
• Agent@Home requirements, if remote work is approved: a secure closed-door workspace, wired internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, and no satellite internet.
