What you will do

• Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while growing an independent customer base.
• Conduct sales calls and manage mortgage development activity through TD's sales management system.
• Work with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.
• Use TD's brand, sales programs, and provided home-office tools to support business development.

Requirements

• Proven sales track record and strong sales capabilities.
• Self-starting, independent, and self-managed approach to business development.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is preferred for the role.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.
• Employment is subject to applicable provincial or territorial regulations in Canada.
