SAP FI/CO Practice Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; based in or associated with Alpharetta, Georgia. Travel of up to 40% may be required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship and must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

What you will do

• Lead and expand the SAP FI/CO practice, defining strategy, service offerings, delivery standards, governance, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance and develop reusable assets, accelerators, and solution offerings.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop consultants, architects, and team leads while managing staffing, utilization, and succession planning.
• Provide executive oversight for SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, support services, and managed services engagements.
• Monitor delivery quality, financial performance, resource utilization, customer satisfaction, risks, and escalations.
• Support client pursuits, proposals, solutioning, estimates, statements of work, executive relationships, and practice revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting experience and 5+ years of people leadership, practice leadership, or delivery management experience.
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and managing global, distributed delivery teams.
• Strong SAP FI/CO expertise across GL, AP, AR, AA, bank accounting, CCA, PCA, internal orders, product costing, profitability analysis, material ledger, financial closing, and consolidation.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ECC FI/CO, SAP Central Finance, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Warehouse, data migration, and reporting solutions.
• US work authorization without sponsorship is required; candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders.
