SAP Finance Lead (Public Cloud) - Senior Application Consultant (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Chicago, Brooklyn, Atlanta, Irving, San Francisco, Dallas, New York, Bridgewater, or Houston, United States. Travel is required as needed.

Salary: $82,082–$233,740 base compensation range.

What you will do

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud finance solution design and implementation, with a focus on Public Cloud environments.
• Design finance solutions covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Tax, and Controlling.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
• Define organizational structures, chart of accounts, reporting structures, and governance standards.
• Lead fit-gap analysis, configuration, integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and production support.
• Manage onsite and offshore delivery teams, advise client executives, and mentor consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7–10 years of SAP Finance consulting experience with strong SAP FI/CO expertise.
• Deep knowledge of SAP General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Tax, Controlling, SAP New GL, and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience; Public Cloud experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with IFRS, GAAP, organizational structures, chart of accounts, intercompany processes, eliminations, and consolidation.
• Experience leading at least 2–3 full-lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and communicating with executive stakeholders.

• Experience in a professional consulting services organization.
• Maintained certifications in SaaS or package-based solutions and relevant methodologies.
