HR Business Partner

Location: Hybrid in San Jose, California, or Seattle, Washington, United States

Salary: $170,000–$218,500 per year, with final compensation based on location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders and translate business priorities into people strategies, workforce plans, and measurable organizational outcomes.
• Improve senior leadership effectiveness through stronger alignment, decision-making, accountability, role clarity, and team dynamics.
• Lead organizational transformation, operating model changes, organizational redesign, capability modernization, and workforce evolution.
• Design workforce plans and organizational structures that support partner roles, scalable operations, current priorities, and future growth.
• Coach senior leaders and shape talent, succession, leadership development, and high-performance culture strategies.
• Integrate business priorities with HR centers of excellence and stakeholder groups while using people data and market intelligence to guide executive decisions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience partnering directly with VP- and SVP-level leaders.
• Success leading large-scale business or culture transformation, organizational redesign, or operating model change initiatives.
• Experience influencing executive decisions in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into measurable people outcomes.
• Experience supporting global, matrixed organizations across multiple geographies and cultures.
