HR Business Partner (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define multi-year global talent strategies and HR roadmaps for assigned business functions.
• Lead organizational design, restructuring, succession planning, talent reviews, and global workforce planning.
• Partner with Regional HR Leaders across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ to align global strategies with local legal and cultural requirements.
• Advise senior executives and managers on organizational health, leadership behavior, performance management, and talent assessment.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Operations on specialized HR solutions.
• Support US employee-relations cases, including disciplinary actions, investigations, grievance resolution, and offboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting global or matrixed organizations.
• Ability to influence across reporting lines and balance global functional priorities with regional operational requirements.
• Exceptional communication, strategic diplomacy, collaboration, and confidential executive-level judgment.
• Proficiency with Workday and a data-driven approach to HR analytics.
