Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Remote within the 50 states and DC; the incumbent must reside in Texas and be able to attend in-person meetings. Travel of up to 10% may be required.

Salary: $69,906.75–$80,000 per year. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead talent discussions covering succession planning, high-potential identification, and performance calibration.
• Partner with leadership to design organizational structures and team models aligned with business goals.
• Use HR data and insights to develop strategic recommendations and guide coaching conversations.
• Collaborate with Workforce Intelligence and Employee Relations to provide integrated HR support.
• Support change initiatives, culture efforts, manager capability-building, and monitoring of relevant HR trends and regulations.

Requirements

• Seven years of experience in an HRBP or senior HR generalist role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders strategically and influencing, coaching, and challenging business leaders.
• Experience using HR data to inform decisions, with strong business acumen and judgment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment with shifting priorities.
• Must reside in Texas, attend in-person meetings when required, travel up to 10%, and pass a background check.

Nice to have

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
