Manufacturing Technician I (T1) - 2nd Shift (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $18.00–$24.80 per hour

What you will do

• Build, repair, and test electrical, electromechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Perform electromechanical assembly, troubleshooting, repairs, and error correction using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components.
• Record progress, labor, work expenses, and test data; perform software installation or basic computer programming when required.
• Inspect parts, audit inventory, document finished work, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Follow cleanroom, safety, security, and equipment-handling procedures and report hazards or incidents.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Austin, Texas, on the 2nd shift.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, scientific methods, schematics, wiring diagrams, and written or verbal instructions.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills for routine manufacturing and equipment issues.
• Ability to use electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, vacuum pumps, and related test fixtures.
• Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment and complete required safety training.
• No supervisory responsibilities are associated with the role.
