Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States. Onsite work in a semiconductor cleanroom on the A shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday, 7:00 a.m.–7:12 p.m.
Hourly pay: $19–27 per hour, plus restricted stock units, quarterly bonuses, health benefits, retirement savings, and an employee stock purchase plan.

What you will do
- Perform preventive and basic corrective maintenance on dry etch equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, gas delivery, RF, and control-system issues.
- Respond to equipment alarms and production-impacting problems to minimize downtime.
- Replace, clean, inspect, and adjust components; support equipment startups, shutdowns, and qualifications.
- Document repairs, parts replaced, equipment condition, open issues, and shift handoffs.
- Collaborate with equipment and process engineers, manufacturing personnel, and other technicians while following safety and cleanroom procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to learn complex equipment systems, follow schematics and procedures, prioritize work, and contribute effectively to a team.
- Ability to work in a semiconductor cleanroom, wear required protective equipment, and complete required medical examinations or physicals.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, work around manufacturing equipment, and lift, push, or pull approximately 50 pounds.
Nice to have
- Technical training, military experience, or an associate degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial maintenance, automation, engineering technology, or a related field.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing, dry etch, or plasma processing equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, RF, or automated systems.
- Background in industrial maintenance, facilities, automation, manufacturing, military maintenance, or a similar technical environment.
