Advanced Practice Provider (Primary Care)

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and health education.
• Evaluate and treat urgent visits.
• Work autonomously with a focus on patient outcomes rather than visit volume or fee-for-service billing.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and collaborate through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.

Requirements

• Hold an active professional license and current board certification: ANCC or AANP for Nurse Practitioners, or NCCPA for Physician Assistants.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• A federal DEA number is preferred and may be required for full prescribing ability.
• Independent family practice experience with routine wellness care, chronic disease management, and urgent visits is preferred.
• Work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada.
