Recruiting Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Starbase, Texas, United States; 100% onsite with no remote or hybrid option. Relocation is required if not already local.

What you will do

• Manage recruiting logistics across recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and hiring teams.
• Learn the business and space-industry programs well enough to communicate effectively with candidates and client groups.
• Process contractor conversions and partner with recruiters to define ideal candidate profiles.
• Manage recruiting programs and track hiring-efficiency improvements for the assigned area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree with at least one year of experience in recruiting, human resources, or business operations.
• Experience managing multiple projects, adapting to changing priorities, and handling confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior management.
• Must be authorized to work under applicable U.S. ITAR requirements, including U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain the required authorizations.
• Must work onsite in Starbase, Texas, including weekends and extended hours when needed.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience and familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in the space industry or the ability to quickly learn space-industry programs.
